Shipping and Delivery
We offer standard shipping via New Zealand postal service. Please advise us of any special delivery requirements you have when placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Alice’s Cre8ive Embroidery strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for exchange or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Please note refunds will not be given.
Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will forward a replacement of the item or issue you with a store credit. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Alice’s Cre8ive Embroidery. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RA#, and/or we suspect an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a store credit for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.

Alice’s Cre8ive Embroidery work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (within 3 business days of placing your order) at +64 7 572 0868 and we will do our best to cancel your order.
